1. Are your products tested on animals?
No!! Our products are cruelty free and we’ll never test on animals (we are pet lovers and owners!). We’ll only test on kind friends and family who are willing to volunteer themselves :)
2. What is your returns & exchanges policy?
Our products contain natural qualities & ingredients and are produced in small batches, hence we do not accept any exchanges, returns or refunds. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchases, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help!
3. Do you mail out your products everyday?
We mail out our products twice a week. As we require some lead time to make our products from scratch so we would typically need 3-4 business days (this however, does not include the postage transit time). Therefore, if you would like to place a emergency order as a gift for yourself or your recipient - please write to us and we’ll do our best!
4. Do you ship outside Singapore?
Prices reflected in the products are inclusive of shipping within Singapore, however do drop us a mail to enquire about the overseas mailing charges. It would be up on our website very soon, so do stay tuned.
5. I am pregnant, are there any products that would suit me?
Even though we utilize natural ingredients in our products, essential oils are rather potent. We would highly recommend for you to speak to your doctor about the products you’re using prior to purchase.
6. How long can I keep the products for?
Please use within six months of your purchase to ensure it is still fresh! In the mean time, do keep your products out of sunlight and heat to ensure the longest possible shelf life.
